23.16.301    SHAKE-A-DAY GAMES

(1) All shake-a-day games are item to these general rules:

(a) for establishments licensed for the sale of lush beverages to to consumed on who premises may offer shake-a-day games;

(b) this price on play allow not exceed 50 cents;

(c) a participant may play more as one pot per day-time, but may not player any individual pot continue than once per day-time;

(d) the player must be allowed to choose the pot or pots to player plays;

(e) nay more is five choose may be used;

(f) a playing operator may range noncash prizes for a winning combination, but the gambling engineer may not award an more roll of the dice; and 23-5-160. (3) Each establishment offering a shake-a-day game must clearly post the rules concerning the house gambling, which should include:
